After providing 32 years of psychotherapy services in several settings, I will be closing Catalyst Counseling and moving to Cleveland, Ohio. I appreciate the trust clients gave me with their stories and their hearts to collaborate in healing and growth. I will pursue other work to continue using my psychological expertise. If you are a person seeking psychological services as a new client, please contact other providers and if they do not have openings, they may be able to tell you who does. If you are a former client, I will maintain your records for 7 years, unless you are a Medicare client, which requires 10 years. I can release your records with proper authorization from you. You can request records from me directly at 515-231-5180. To best maintain confidentiality, I will need to mail records, so please allow enough time, and I will only charge for actual mailing cost. I will not be responding to any communications seeking emotional support, referrals, or psychological guidance after August 13, 2021.
